Alufixe scissors produces and sells stainless steel projecting S/S430, S/S202, S/S304 and SUS304, designed to exceed 50,000cycles of operation.

The scissors have no guide placement, allowing the opening in both directions to facilitate the work of fixing the opening (reversible). The slider piece is made of thermoplastic resin which is adjustable and requires minimal maintenance.

Some recommendations:

Screws should be in stainless steel for fixing the arm. Once in position the scissors must remain parallel to the center of the slider to obtain the desired degree of friction. You should periodically lubricate the pivots and light guides with special oil for machinery.

Scissors are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase. This is valid, if the customer has followed the recommendations of assembly, use, maintenance and has been taken into account the technical characteristics of the scissors. Any application outside the rules will mean the withdrawal of the guarantee in case of complaint.
